Kokhanovskyy noted that the casualties from this specific test included "a couple of soldiers, one truck". He described the operation as a test and stated, "We never implemented it [more widely]". While no footage captured the strikes, investigators concluded the autonomous drones were responsible for the deaths and destruction.

The use of these systems marks a threshold in military history, as it represents the first confirmed accounts of fully autonomous drones killing humans in military operations. In these instances, the AI decided the outcome of human life or death without final human approval.
